Sweet Poteto Cake
NYの秋はどこかへいってしまったけど、このあいだチャイニーズスーパーでサツマイモをみつけた。てんぷらで食べた後、一本残ってたのでケーキを焼いた。 秋やなぁ。 サツマイモの半分をマッシュ。あと半分をダイスにして、無水鍋で蒸す。 小麦粉とベーキングパウダーをあわせる。バターと砂糖、卵２つを合わせる。 サツマイモを加えて、オーブンで360Fで45分。 もうちょっと甘かってもよかったかな。
